Japanese Green tea, with roasted rice. A very popular light infusion with a nutty flavour.
Add 2.5gm or 1 level teaspoon to your infuser. If making a pot add an additional 2.5g per person. Let sit for 1-2 minutes at 75-80 degrees Celsius. Beyond 2 minutes, the brew grows bitter.
Green tea with roasted or popped rice grains.
