Tea Leaves AUSTRALIAN SENCHA MATCHA
Combining Japanese Sencha with traditional Japanese Matcha. Tea is grown in North-East Victoria, using time-honored Japanese production technique.
Add 2.5gm or 1 level teaspoon to your infuser. If making a pot add an additional 2.5g per person. Let sit for 1-2 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius. Beyond 2 minutes, the brew grows bitter.
Green tea and matcha. A product of Australian & Japan.
