Widely known variety of Japanese Genmaicha, a slightly toasty, bitter sweet taste with a lime coloured cup
Add 2.5gm or 1 level teaspoon to your infuser. If making a pot add an additional 2.5g per person. Let sit for 1-2 minutes at 75-85 degrees Celsius. Beyond 2 minutes, the brew grows bitter.
